I recently bought the Amp to replace my old Connect. I play the line in signal via two Play 3’s set as a stereo pair. Since the change to Amp only one of the stereo pair plays the line in signal - Apple Music as source plays through both play 3 speakers. It is not the L/R balance either. Any ideas?

Start by simply switching the L/R cables at each connection point, one pair at a time.

Double check the cabling.

Thanks @jgatie for the swift response. Do you mean the cabling from turntable to pre amp to Sonos Amp?

Yes.  If both speakers play when streaming from Apple Music, then there may be a cabling problem which is causing one channel to be muted on the Line-In.

@Stanley_4 thank you! This solved the problem. Although black into red felt counterintuitive it did the trick. Thanks all.
