Apologies in advance - moved back home and want re-use my Sonos 5 

Unable to factory reset and set-up

Any assistance is grateful

Here is a link to Sonos support site that shows how to reset all products.

For the Play 5, make sure you are using the S1 app and not the new Sonos app.
