Since I changed my internet provider, my Sonos 5 won't play unless connected with an Ethernet cable. My modem is far from where I want to place the speaker. What can I do? 

If you changed the SSID and Password for your new internet the Sonos 5 will not see your system over Wi-Fi.  Also, please identify the speaker you are referring to:

  • Play:5 Gen1
  • Play:5 Gen2
  • Five

Thanks for the suggestion. It took a couple tries but IT WORKED. I've been trying everything for hours. I truly truly appreciate it 🙏🏼
