Hi... Ive been using a Sonos 3 for several years without a problem. I had to change my wi fi to a gigacube 4g with EE. I cannot reconnect. Ive factory reset, and still the app does not revognise my sonos. I love the sound and am lost without it... Please help...

It’s Sonos, not Sonus. Connect the PLAY:3 to your router with an Ethernet cable, then ‘add’ it to your system again.
Never do a factory reset with instruction, in the future. It is just not helpful.
