Sonos 1 not connecting since wifi changedHi

Hi Folks,

 

I recently upgraded my WiFi to fibre broadband and since then I cannot connect to my Sonos 1.

This is via my smart phone.

 

I've followed the steps via the app to update my WiFi details but when it gets to the enter the WiFi code it says there is a problem and its not recognising the password.

 

Can anyone kindly suggest a fix to this issue ?

The easiest solution by far? Go into your new router’s settings and configure the network name/password to be the same as your old one.

Then you won’t need to go round the house changing every single wireless device...
