Hallo everyone,

I’ve sold Sonos One gen 2 on eBay to to upgrade to Sonos Era 100 and forgot to unpair it - will new user have possibility to pair it with his iPhone (by just resetting it “disconnect cable - press and hold Pair Button - connect power cable”)?

Or will it be permanently locked like iPhone iCloud / Activation Lock?

After a reset all Sonos speakers can be used again by any user. There's no activation lock.
