I have 5 return labels for items I am sending for recycling. One label shows a weight of 0.9lb, so I know that is for the Bridge. However 2 of them are for items that are 8.33lbs and 2 are for items with 3.1lbs on them. The Play 3 weighs just under 6lbs. I just want to make sure I have the correct shipping labels on the correct items.

Hello @jehbmw, welcome to Sonos Community!

Since you didn't mention all the products you'd like to return/recycle, I've compiled a list of all the upgrade-able Sonos products and their relevant weight below.

I would imagine though that it's simply the case of placing the heavier products in the boxes with bigger weight on the label.

Sonos Connect:Amp → 5.1 lbs (2.3 kg)

Sonos Connect → 1.5 lbs (0.69 kg)

Sonos Move → 6.6 lbs (3 kg)

Sonos One (Gen 1/Gen 2) / Sonos One SL / Sonos Play:1 → 4.08 lbs (1.85 kg)

Sonos Play:3 → 5.7 lbs (2.6 kg)

Sonos Play:5 (Gen 1/ Gen 2) → 14 lbs (6.36kg)

Sonos Beam (Gen 1) → 6.2 lbs (2.8 kg)

Sonos Playbar → 11.9 lbs (5.4 kg)

Sonos Playbase → 21.5 lbs (9.8 kg)

Sonos Bridge → 0.59 lb (0.27 kg)

I hope this helps.

I have 4 Play:3. None of the return label weights match the weight of the speakers, two of them are under weight by 2 lbs, the other two are over weight by 3 lbs. I am tempted to just send them back anyways and not worry about the weight since they were generated by Sonos.
