Shipment of Preordered Sonos Speaker

I preordered the Sonos Era 300 (2x) hoping that they will be here before the store availability date. My preorders have still not been shipped. It does not make sense that people who have preordered get their stuff last. I could have waited and walk into Bestbuy on 3/28/2023 and get the speakers that same day. 
I will never preorder with Sonos. It doesn’t make sense.

Why did you think pre-ordering through the Sonos website meant that you would receive the speakers before the release date and before anyone else? Also, today is March 24. The release date is March 28.

@lam2ray Let us know when you receive your shipment. My Era 300s are shipping from Harrisburg, PA which is less than two hours from your location. So I wouldn’t be surprised if you received your speakers on March 28 or even a day earlier.
