Not sure what you mean by setup? You can “Group” speakers/rooms to together:

Rooms

Era 100 (Room A)
Era 100 (Room B)
Era 100 x 2_Stereo Pair (Room C)
Era 300 (Room D)

Groups

Room A + Room B + Room D
Room C + Room D
