Hi @Bmrgolf, welcome to the Sonos Community!

Sorry to hear that you’re unable to use your Sonos system. So that I and others can help, we’ll need some more information from you.

Like @nik9669a is asking, are you getting any error messages when using the app, such as a “No products found” message when you open the app? If you see your speakers in the app, are you unable to start music playback instead?

The basic troubleshooting steps are to reboot your Router, Sonos speakers, and device running the Sonos app by powering them off for one to two minutes.

I’d also suggest contacting our support team for further troubleshooting, as they have the tools to look into your system and help you resolve this.

What app are you running?

Do you get any error messages?

Give us a few more clues to go on, if you want help.
