I just moved and changed internet to verizon gateway. I get all the way thru to where speaker wants to connect and when I type in password it keeps saying it can't connect. Password is correct. Please help, super frustrated
Is ‘s one’ the speaker, or the operating system (controller) that you’re using?
Have you tried wiring, at least temporarily, the speaker to the router with an Ethernet cable?
Have you tried calling Sonos Support directly to discuss it?
When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
Verizon Gateway sounds like an LTE router, which is not supported.

If you’re using a normal router, and the gateway is just used as a modem, you should be fine. I would probably talk with Sonos support to confirm what your solution is.
