router configuration settings for LiveBox 7 router with 2.4GHz band

I just got a new router from Orange; a Livebox7. I have configured a 2.4GHz band. But failed to connect 3 One SL speakers. I can see the speakers in my router connected to the WiFi, but the Sonos app does not see the speakers and I Conan not finalize the set up.  Sonos customer care was not able to help, after endless resets, etc. Is there someone who can explain how to change the settings on my router to make this work?

Have a look at the routers settings, if there is an option called client isolation (or similar) try turning it off,

Also, make sure that the 2.4 and 5GHz bands are not isolated from each other. Some router defaults prevent devices on one band from communicating with devices on the other band. Usually there is an option for this. Another router option that should be disabled is allowing the router to choose the best channel. SONOS does not tolerate channel hopping routers very well. Use channel 1, 6, or 11 on the 2.4 GHz band.

If you haven’t Factory Reset the SONOS units (not recommended without more consult), assign the former router’s SSID (WiFi name) and password to the new router then power cycle the SONOS units. You can also temporarily wire the ONE SL’s to the router and update their wireless credentials.
