How do i remove the serial number and info of  a sonos sub wolfer i am replacing with a new one?

Indeed, the only method to change data associated with you account is to have it ‘registered’. To someone else when removing it (one several great reasons to factory reset the device before passing it on), or registering it to your own account.

For what it’s worth, I don’t think even Customer Service has the ability to modify that database.
