Replace parts?

One of the stand pole caps, for Era 300 stand, cracked during installation. How do I get a replacement?

I hate to suggest it but there is an official Sonos presence on Reddit so you might try there.

Worst case return the whole stand and order a replacement.

Calling Sonos Support is your best bet for any part not listed in the Sonos Store.

I did, and I keep getting patched over to their outsourced call center in the Philippines, who couldn’t help.
