Sadly, the general rule is that nothing is designed to be repaired these days. When it breaks, the intention is that you just throw it away.
However (assuming it is outside the warranty that Ikea provides) there may be Consumer Protection laws that you can use to force Ikea to replace the faulty item - that will depend on how old it is and what Hungarian laws say.
