play5 not registering

I’ve got the latest app and my play5 gen 2 will not register. Each time I attempt to register the device th app just crashes. I’ve tried this both on my iPad and iPhone. I also factory reset the play5.

any ideas?

tried speaking with someone in Sonos but queue times are ridiculous!

Managed to sort it. Had to transfer ownership. What a bloody faff!
