Play 5 works fine on app, and i can get sound over headphones, but no sound true speakers. I replace some bad cups but still no sound. Then i notice one of the IC has a hole in it, Does any one know what will be the replace part markings. I have marked on pictures, there is a five of them and they are all the same type of IC. Thank you
Is it possible that nobody knows what is the spare part for this component and where i can find it on some regular markings?
Probably your best bet would be a web search as Sonos doesn't release repair information or have a list of repair shops.
Too late now but if you contact Sonos BEFORE opening your device you can sometimes get a nice discount on a replacement.
Being that old there may be other discount options, check your main Sonos account profile to see.
