I am wondering if I use my old play 3 that does not have the blue tooth connection and I buy a new one. Will I have the blue tooth capabilities by accessing the one and play the music on all of them from streaming 

The One isn’t compatible with Bluetooth either. But the new Era 100 is compatible with Bluetooth, and you can share the Bluetooth audio from the Era 100 to your Play:3.

And there has been no additional changes to the PLAY:3 in its lifetime. In fact, it is no longer made. Any ‘in box’ stock that you might purchase would be the same, exactly, as your version.
