Play 1s and Playbar missing from network

Noticed this week that all the speakers associated with my TV have disappeared from my system.  Absolutely no sign of them

Tried adding them and that doesn’t work.  Now begining to worry that the other speakers in my network will soon go the same way.  Tried using the speakers using Tidal and they’re not there either.

Its been 2 months now since you “upgraded” your app and since then its been nothing but trouble.  I’d like to know how I can use my system please.

Check on sonos webb app on pc or laptop if you can. If devices appear ok there then they are connected ok.

I had created 2homes by mistake, and playbar was on it’s own in another home called the same thing

Hi. Tried that and there's no sign of my living room!!

turn playbar off/on fixed it for me..unbelievably...think it rejoins your network that it can see..

This worked!!!

 

For the playbar and 1 speaker!!

 

Then took me a couple of hours to sort out the other speaker!! What a faff!
