My Play 1 works well with ethernet hook up with EERO wifi router. But will not link to wifi. When I try to connect it searches products and does not find my Play 1 . Any wifi compatibility issues with EERO mesh system? Thx

Your speaker should be compatible to connect via wifi on eero.
I am on a eero mesh system as well and while i am currently connected via Wifi, I have had intermittent speaker cutting out issues since the updated App in May. I’m still trying to identify if it is my network & possible interference or the Sonos app. I have had one speaker wired to the main gateway eero with an ethernet cable as well as tried a total wireless setup. Both giving me the same issue with speakers cutting out from time to time.

Has the speaker ever been connected to WiFi or was it setup initially using Ethernet?
If it was initially setup using Ethernet you may need to follow the ‘Unsupported Products’ section in this Sonos article. Not all products are supported by the app manage networks wizard to have their WiFi settings updated.
