Exact replacement parts, pulls from other Sonos, are only available from places like ebay.

Close, maybe, parts from about anywhere. They will likely fit but the sound may not be right.

Yh. Seen aliexpress looks like identical woofer but its aliexpress 🤦‍♂️

Try ebay, look for:

sonos play 1 parts only

And you should find some possibilities.

I'd lean to taking the 30% sympathy discount from Sonos support and grabbing an Era-100 or better.
