play 1's connect and then i lose everything else

I have recently changed Internet provider and swapped everything over. However, I have playbar, various play 1's all work OK. I have 2 play ones that when I connect them I lose everything else, any ideas please?

Are you able to wire any speaker directly to the router with an ethernet cable?
