Hi,

 

Since a couple of weeks I have an issue with a play1, it simply doesn’t connect to wifi.

 

My setup is like follow:

Sonos beam connected wired to the router/modem

play 1 wireless downstair connected

play 1 wireless connected upstairs 

 

The play 1 connected upstairs has been working for a couple of months but now it doesn’t seem to be able to connect.

Even when I place it next to the router it doesn’t connect. When I connect it wired it does work.

 

I have factory reset the play 1, but it still doesn’t connect through wifi.
