I really am struggling to get this to work and have googled relentlessly to find some solutions, but without any working. I have taken the step to update to S2 app and will plan to get a couple of devices to replace my old Connects. In preparation for this I thought I would try and get my Play 1 updated on S2 before I progress with other steps. Glad I did as I am really struggling with completing the update.
I have tried:
- Waiting out the update. This takes around 3 hours to get to 75% but then progresses no further
- Force quitting the app when I get the error (1014), waiting for the green light to return, changing the WIFI back to my home, retrying.
- Factory resetting the Play 1
Neither of these is showing any progress. Plus support wait in Australia is 90 mins and the chat is not manned.
Anyone got some things I can try?
