My Play 1 produce a distorsión only with high notes, what can be the cause and how can I fix it. I have it in surround mode and the other Play 1 does not have that issue.

A power cycle, or if that doesn't work resetting the bad speaker and re-adding it are possibilities.
Probably best to play something that shows the problem and then submit a diagnostic. Needs to be within 10 minutes or the log data may be lost. Then call Sonos support to discuss it.
