My play one is no longer showing any power. Tried the factory reboot, but still nothing.

I would call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

Given that Sonos is two generations past the PLAY:1, I wouldn’t hold out a ton of hope, but I’m still running several without issue, so they’re still supported.

Have you tried a different power outlet? Or a different cable if you have another available?
