I have 6 play 1’s in the house. All were working fine. However one of the Play 1 is appearing in the app but does not produce any sound. Tried Tuning too but no success cause there is just no sound. 

Have you tried a power cycle (unplug, wait a minute, plug into power again)? Do not factory reset. What does Sonos support say?


Yes have done the power cycle. No change. The Play1 just does not play music though it shows the music waves on the app
