My play 1s are not connecting I have restarted my router and switched them on and off

Not really enough information to understand how to help.

I would call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and network.

Thanks Bruce I’ll give that a try
