Will Sonos be developing the ability to pair two subs other than a home theatre set-up? I have two subs in my lounge room and want them to pair with my tow 5’s for general music listening.

They have never given any indication that they intend to do so, over the years since the Sub was released. Given that they don’t ’pre-announce’ features in order to maximize marketing efforts, it’s hard to put a definitive answer, but I wouldn’t be holding my breath.
I wish it were different, mind you….but I don’t want to be leading down ‘the primrose path’, as it were.
Although honestly, for my ears, and musical tastes, I find there is more than enough bass from the PLAY::5 gen 2s I’m currently listening to. But emphasis on ‘my’, as tastes vary from situation to situation ;)
