I have two Era 100’s I have in a stereo pair that will loose connection with each other causing one of the speakers to quit playing.  Opening the app and looking, they are still paired together, just not working.  why isn’t SONOS doing anything about it since they know about it?  Or am i not seeing their solution?  i have tried everything possible and nothing, they keep cutting off.  Come on SONOS why is there a community forum, do you not look at it?

It’s doing it now as i write this Forum...

Why haven't you done anything to correct the problem?

Sonos has a lot of self-help options, this forum is one of them, the Support pages another.

https://www.sonos.com/support

You can also contact Sonos Support, by phone is often best if you want official support.

Complaining here to other users without providing any information is not going to get you a solution as we can't see your system like the Support folks can.

How or why does Sonos know about it? Have you spoken to Sonos support, for example? And, if you’ve tried everything possible the conclusion has to be that there is no fix to the issue. Perhaps you mean you’ve tried everything you can think of?

If you are asking this user community for assistance, perhaps list what you have tried, and maybe someone can suggest something additional to try.

Is one of the 100s maybe too close to the router or another source of wireless interference?  Is the controlling 100 connected to 2.4 or is it connected to 5 or is it wired?
