Paired speakers alternating sound

I have two Era 100 speakers that are paired. Music will often cut out in one of the speakers for a few seconds before coming back on. You can’t really hear it if you’re a distance from the speakers but you can really notice it if you’re facing them with one speaker on your left and right. It almost feels like the music is bouncing between both of the speakers.

Any suggestions for how to fix this?

I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

@Airgetlam’s suggestion is worth doing. However, have you tried breaking the pairing, rebooting your router and repairing the speakers to see if the issue continues? Kinda’ like rebooting a computer. If the issue continues the pertinent data for Sonos tech support will still be available in a diagnostic.
