Got my pair of One SL setup today. Orignaly intended to replace my Play 3's for surround duties, but for now I have put them on left and right side of the Playbar. They sound really good as a stereo pair. However, I think they will become my surrounds and I will sell my Play 3's, and my single One gen 2 for one era 100,300 or maybe move.
The other option is sell Play 3's, one gen2 and Playbar and upgreade to Arc, as a centerpiece of my audio system.

I love my Arc, my room was just too big for the Beam to fill well.
I have a pair of Play 3s for use in my dining room and really like them there.
I use both Play 1s and One SLs for surround duties and they meet my needs.
Looks like the One and One SL are being phased out, got a “last Chance” email today.
I don’t sell my old Sonos, I just move them to rooms that don’t have one yet. Resale prices just aren’t enough to get me motivated to do that yet.
