i âm using 4 Pair 3 speakers that are all connected to same Network. but for some reason one or more of the speakers seems to disconnect from the network and for no apparent reason. the system has become fragile and i don’t know why or what i can do to improve the set up

Try unplugging all of your PLAY:3s from power, then reboot your router. Give the router a couple of minutes to reload, then plug back in your PLAY:3s. Give them a couple of minutes to reconnect before testing. 

If you’re still having issues after that, I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
