hi i hav also the same issue. and call support.

no one in wil take responsibility in sonos company.

so sonos if the company have this forum.

and nowbody will action. even CEO.

then close sonos community.

so Sonos what will you do about this.

Once again as @Stanley_4 mentioned this is a User Community. There are no Sonos officials here. Therefore you need to CALL Sonos Customer Support to plead your case. Scroll to the Botton of this page and click on “Contact Us”.

As I recall, and as shown in the picture on the link provided by @AjTrek1 , they were only Sonos Ones, and not PLAY:1s.
