I have arc/minisub/2 one’s. After de-powering, the one’s would not sound and displayed flashing green. I contacted support and they did something to get them playing and told me to ignore the flashing green. A day later the Ones will not play and have flashing green. I read I should not “factory reset” the one’s. I have powered down everything including router to no avail. Also, in the new app I can not find out if they are even connected to wifi. I am trying to play apple music.
