I have a Pair of One SL Surround Speakers. For some reason one of the speakers will not connect to my WiFi. Even tried connecting with an ethernet cable..still no joy. Sonos Support couldn't help either? Wondered if anyone else had had the same problem?

Any lights on on the malfunctioning SL?
Yes...it goes right through the procedure in trying to connect...then a message pops up to say connection unsuccessful. Everything is fine up to that point. It used to work, now for some reason it will not connect to the WiFi...? Even Sonos are at a loss.
