I have four speakers on a system - lately the one I use the most has regularly been missing from the system - showing in the app but not connecting, then connecting, then hilariously playing the radio when showing as not connected.

Eventually driven mad by it today I factory reset it after 6 attempted reboots and trying to add it back to the system. All went well until I got the message “Your One SL has been added but may not appear in the your system. If so unplug the power cord and plug it back in to finish set up from System Settings.”

I did this, and surprise surprise, it didn’t work. I am so infuriated by this. Can anyone suggest a solution? Thanks. I cannot believe how badly Sonos have managed to mangle their product and reputation. It is just awful and I really regret the money spent on it.
