not possible to install Sonos arc

Hi, I just bought Sonos arc, but we tried in different ways to install it buy it’s not possible. The app can‘t find. We don’t know what to do. If someone can help me, It would be great.

Have you attached it via a Lan cable direct to your router. If not try this and then run set up again.
