No sounds from my Sonos Play3 speakers

My speakers worked fine until a few days ago.  Now I am getting no sound at all.  The app shows something is playing but nothing.  I have switched streaming services but still no luck.

Assuming they are stand alone speakers and not surrounds try this. Unplug them and reboot your router. After your router comes back plug them in again.  Let us know the results.
