My Sonos has stopped working since the new update.
We need a little more detail than that. How exactly is it “not working”?
I’m having a similar issue. Has there been a recent auto update? My One is not recognised anymore. Tried rebooting and factory reset several times. It’s recognised briefly, but no voice control (can’t turn the light on either), no sound. Then disappears again. Losing my mind please help.
With The new update my system (5 sonos ones an ARC and a boost) are not voice responsive to commands. I use alexa. Also the Arc no longer automatically switches to home theatre mode after I had linked it to other rooms to listen to music. I tried to search for a technician or someway to reverse the update (it happened automatically) but could not find a number to call or a messaging app only the forum so I posted it there. I reconnected /started my Boost and now I have to go to my phone to access the app and my music library. It was easier before this last update.
