Hello Everyone, just bought a new Sonos 300 Era and when opened the sealed box it has scratches on the edge in front. Does anyone have had the same issue? 

Just call Sonos and have them replace it, no reason to keep a damaged unit.


I have a small “scratch” on one of my Era 300s on the top rear panel. A portion of the top grill is also not aligned with the top of the rear panel. I contacted Sonos on Monday. They sent me a prepaid return shipping label, and I have already received the free replacement speaker.
