new router, no wifi for play 1

Hi, I have just  got a new router and had to reconnect my play 1 via ethernet cable. Had to factory reset the sonos, the app picks up the play 1 but as soon as I disconnect the cable it loses the connection. Youtube videos say to go in advance settings, but there  doesn't seem to be such an option on the app I have. In the setting there is an option to enable or disable  the WiFi and the enable WiFi part is ticked. Any ideas please 🙏  thanks in advance.

Sometimes, toggling the enable/disable wifi can clear an anomaly. Sometimes, leaving the Ethernet cable connected for a few minutes is all that’s needed.

I have no solution, but came here with the same problem.

https://support.sonos.com/en-gb/article/switch-sonos-between-a-wireless-and-wired-setup seems to be the instructions for switching from the wired to wireless network.  It might work for you, but I get "no products found" when selecting “update networks”.
