After upgrading my Router from T-Mobile, my Play:1 will no longer connect. I split my network now and the Play:1 will not even connect to a WPA2 network. Is this anything more than a doorstop at this point? Will Sonos give me a trade in credit?

Diagnostics Sent.  #********.  Waited on phone for 30 minutes.  Now Tech Service wait is 60 mins on phone.  No thanks…
