I can't connect to new network
Did you follow the instructions in the new router - installation instructions FAQ?
Yes it took me to system update it searched and found non of the 3 speakets
What speakers? Have you tried wiring them to your new router temporarily with an Ethernet cable?
Yes but nothing got one going in a factory reset but now Alexa is not working it's hard to do things like this when you don't have a clue it was not this hard originally
Apparently, you’re going to need to call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.
When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
