Network Name in Sonos App Incorrect

I have an Eero network and existing Sonos system that has worked beautifully. I purchased new Era 100’s and tried to connect them as I’ve done in the past. Everything goes smoothly until I have to select my network and enter the password. Sonos is detecting my network name properly but adds a bunch of letters slashes and numbers after it and won’t allow me to connect stating my wifi password is incorrect. My existing Sonos products are connected to the correct wifi. Help!

Input the network name manually instead when prompted to select a network.

Do you have mesh extenders, can you power them down when trying to connect the Eras?

there is a symbol in my network name that might have been affecting the reading of it. I was able to manually enter the name exactly as it was listed in my Eero and connection was made.

Thanks!
