So I have had a Sonos ray for around a year now no complaints at all however it has decided to disappear off my Sonos app and I have tried everything to get it back. Eventually I had to factory reset it and now I have been greeted by error code 1000 in with I feel like I have tried everything and it won’t work. Please help meeeee

this means there is something preventing the Ray from updating.

Do you have a PC or Mac? Download the app for your platform here:

https://support.sonos.com/en-us/article/error-1000-when-updating-sonos

and use that to update the Ray

It can sometimes help running an Ethernet cable to the speaker temporarily whilst setting up and updating.
