Likely it’s a hardware issue. SONOS does not offer any repair services, but there are some 3rd party repair services in the EU and GB. You may be able to exchange the unit for a discounted replacement from SONOS, but only if your unit has not been disassembled.
Things don’t last forever. Over the weekend, unrelated to SONOS, I replaced the batteries in my UPS, but it still won’t come online. It’s about 25 years old. I’m still a little bummed because I now have a set of new batteries with no place to go. Maybe I’ll attempt a repair, but for a unit that old there could be multiple failures waiting to happen and parts might not be available.
