My new sub gen 3 has crackling noise

Hi,

I need help, I bought a system arc, sub gen 3 + era 100.

Sub is making crackling noise like static electricity, it’s not loud but I can hear it from 4-5 feet.
Forum has similar posts but they are closed - 


Customer support just waisted my time with hard reset and updates, this doesn’t work.

This looks like hardware issue.

Does it make sense to replace my sub or other subs have the same crackling noise?
