I often listen to jazz playlists and the music plays with sudden stops and starts again few seconds later.

It’s very annoying.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with your playlists stopping and starting. 

This sounds like you are experiencing wireless interference. There are a few ways to help prevent this on your system, each of which is listed on our support article for reducing wireless interference. Try following the steps listed there and, if they don’t help fix the issue for you, then please submit a diagnostics within ten minutes of the sudden stops and reach out to our support team for further troubleshooting.
