I have 4 speakers in separate rooms. All four show that they are playing, but there is no sound.
The speakers are all checked as playing and volume is on/turned up, no sound. No sound bars or extra added units.
They are all play 1 speakers.

Try unplugging all four speakers from power for a couple of minutes and reboot your router and phone.
